Weekly Weigh-Ins

I weigh in every day, but I have an "official" one Friday mornings ...

It started in 2006 ... I lost the weight and I started tracking my weight every single day. The graph above shows my changing weight over the years, based on my weigh-in on the 1st of each month. Here I'll post my weekly weigh-ins (each Friday) since I started over again (May 2013) ...

Other than pregnancy, I never exceeded 185 for my high. In 2006, I lost 50 pounds and got down to goal weight. Slight gain in 2007, but held it fairly steady. Up a bit to start 2008, then scale success in the Fall, although I never got down to goal weight again. 2009 ... held for the first half, and then the scale slipped up again. Held it there though (happy weight?) most of 2010 and 2011 (an up, but got it under control). 2012 ... it got a little out of hand.
