Weekly Weigh-In #3
So last week, I was a bit disappointed, as my weight was actually up (just a tiny bit). From one week ago, this is a 1.3 pound loss. It's only down .6 from two weeks ago, but my overall trend is still on track (see Trendweight's graph below). A little frustrated with the body fat readings. Shifting around several percentage points this week and up again. Although I don't really put much stock in the body fat readings anymore (more on that here).
